Suspect Sought in War Veteran’s Death

HPD is seeking help from the public in the identification of the suspect or suspects in the murder of elderly WWII veteran, Percy Harmon, inside his home.

Mr. Harmon lived alone on Leffingwell St near Cavalcade St in north Houston. According to a statement from authorities, he was attacked, bound & gagged during the home invasion.

Harmon’s body was discovered by neighbors after a period of several days with no contact from him – on Labor Day, Sept. 5.
