Houston man tried to buy sex from daughter’s teenage friend

Houston resident, Ntahonkuliye Sebastien, 50, has been charged with the solicitation of prostitution of a minor – after allegedly attempting to buy sex from his daughter’s 16-year-old friend.

Investigators report, the victim went to Sebastien’s apartment for a haircut on October 31.

Upon arrival at the apartment, Sebastien informed her that his daughter wasn’t home, but said that he would give her money in exchange for sex.

After declining his proposition, the girl went back home. According to the young girl, she didn’t immediately tell anyone, out of fear.

When investigators came to the victim’s apartment regarding a separate incident in which Sebastien tried to lure the victim’s younger siblings into his home, the victim came forth with her story.
