Former GameStop Executive Accused of Mail Fraud
A former corporate communications vice president for GameStop is expected to plead guilty to one charge of mail fraud.
Chris Olivera transferred approximately $2 million of the corporation’s funds into his private bank account. An investigation by federal authorities revealed that his scheme lasted from July 2009 to April 2011.
Olivera faces up to 20 years in prison and $250,000 in fines.
